One Step Ahead not working in T17 maps?
Reduced Action Speed per recent skill used mod on t17s seems to take effect through Trickster's One Step Ahead: "Your action speed is at least 108% of base value."
Not sure if this is intended or a bug, but since you're immune to temp chains with that ascendancy node, I figured it was probably not intended? Last bumped on Aug 15, 2024, 10:47:18 PM

Thanks for your report, I'll pass this on.

I experienced the same issue in sanctuary with Back to basics on
3.9 Ball lightning miner https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2722511
3.4 Scorching Ray totems https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2129884 3.4 Champion facebreaker warchief totem https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2240387
Issue is still occurring as of april 22nd

I can see about 20 post for this in the last month that probably need to be combined. As of a week ago was still affecting trickster through this ascendancy. I heard a few people say it might be intended. I don't think it should be, but even if it's not a bug, the wording needs to be changed, because it conflicts with the wording of the trickster ascendancy by my understanding. At the very least is confusing and counter intuitive for rolling the map when using One step ahead.

" So it's impossible to give at least a single freaking update to a major ascendancy bug in almost 3 months? [Removed by Support] Makes me seriously rethink my recent purchase decisions here... Last edited by ThomasK_GGG on Jun 28, 2024, 8:01:36 PM

" If it were intended, the value on the character sheet wouldn't stay at 108%... that clearly makes it a ridiculously facepalm-inducing bug.
What ever happened with this? What is the state of it now?

" Fixed in 3.25. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3531661#bugfixes "As I get it from the reports, the map mod actually reduced base action speed (which is not reflected on the character screen), so stats that refer to action speed base value considered the reduced-base value. Patch notes however describe it like "% reduced Action Speed" is a "set" modifier that conflicted with other "set" modifiers, which I'm uncertain about. |
