One Step Ahead not working in T17 maps?

Reduced Action Speed per recent skill used mod on t17s seems to take effect through Trickster's One Step Ahead: "Your action speed is at least 108% of base value."
Not sure if this is intended or a bug, but since you're immune to temp chains with that ascendancy node, I figured it was probably not intended? Last bumped on Apr 28, 2024, 12:37:41 AM
