Unable to move when changing instance

Image of the bug sadly does not help, as it just shows me standing around.

Since 3.24 there is an almost 50% chance that I cannot move when I load into any hideout, town or next zone in the acts.
Closing the game fixes this, but it is annoying

It just happened in a map too, wasted a portal

I play a miner with the new mastery

Bug still here, happening when just standing there, trading with other players or npc's, when tabing in and out of the game, and/or when loading into a new zone/map
