Permanent Vaal side zone sound effects [#3,749,164,094]

There is an issue when entering ANY Vaal side zone, that leaves the ambiance effect playing permanently - even after changing zones.

This bug has been around since December 2023:

Now the sound effects also stack and degrade performance overtime, which can only be reset by restarting the game.

Same issue here. Had it both in Affliction and now in Necropolis. Submitted bug report #373,576,407.

I've tried logging out, switching zones, turning volume down to 0, nothing other than full game restart fixes it.
