Divine Blessing Not Working?

Currently I am running an Eldrich Battery set up, yet divine blessing is still requiring me to have the free mana to cast it (which is ofc all reserved as I'm an EB build!)

Not sure what to do here, this wasn't an issue last league.

Its definitely impacting my character power, not being able to run the divine blessing support with a %50 aura

The problem was because I didnt have enough total energy shield to run this, it tried pulling the remainder of the cost from the mana
