Xbox series X: Unable to pick up any of the crafted items from the league mechanic

Very frustrating that I cannot use the league mechanic. I mean, how can the primary activity on the league, have not caught that you literally cannot pick up the items you craft?

I have crafted 3 items and have not been able to pick up any of them off the ground. It just goes from the undertaker to each of the graves and never gives me an option to pick up the item I crafted.

Absolutely unreal, that this wasn't caught in testing.

I wasn't aware of this until today. You could actually scroll through items with your right stick and this works for this particular issue. I tried this and it worked for me. Although I did loose 2 items because the instance got reset when I did it the first time.
