Constant crashes

Link to error - https://ibb.co/rwQxQPV

Almost every time I load the game. I tried to verify game files.

In DX11 I get the error in the screenshot above. However, when using DX12 the game still crashes but it just silently crashes to desktop with no pop up error.

Here is the dump file info:

Had several crashes now. Occured at different places and last one was in lab. Very funny.
Yeah it's not even playable for me anymore. Every time I log on I either crash inn town or upon loading into a new zone.
Fun fact. Enabling Vulkan seems to stop crashing. However, it looks horrible and doesn't support HDR.
I'm experiencing the same thing and enabling vulkan does not fix it for me.
Can I get some acknowledgment this has at least been seen?

Game is still unplayable this morning.

I just logged on and immediately crashed in town.
Doing a full re-install of the game now.
Try going into your roaming folder and deleting your shader cache. That worked for me.
Same issue has been happening for me. Tried DX11, DX12, and Vulkan. Tried changing all graphics settings to lowest possible values. Tried uninstalling/deleting POE and doing a fresh install. Nothing seems to be fixing the issues. The crashes for me almost exclusively happen when I enter a town. After the game crashes, it will constantly crash another 10-15 times when trying to restart the client or load a character. I have a I9-14900k and a 4090.

Seems like @Aaberd is having the same symptoms as me. I re-installed the game fully this morning and I was able to play for a couple of hours and only crashed twice.

Just crashed again while afk in town for like 5 min. I wonder if it has to do with one of these new pet MTX or something. Cause it does frequently happen in town or leaving town.

GGG still hasn't acknowledged this....
