Tornado shot nerf

To me this doesn't even seem to matter if you just add another op bow skill gem to take its place before people even get to experience bow nerfs.

I thought the nerfs to p brand and tshot were to incentivize people to play other archetypes. Not to just add in archmage changes and a new transfigured gem to keep spells and bows to be the most obvious choice still.
