Game Freezes but Running in Background

Hi,

After the latest patch I started having this problem. Game screen freezes but is running fine in the background. If I alt-tab out and back in it runs as it should. But this happens every couple of minutes. Just wanted to put it here.

RX6800 OC
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F 2.50 GHz
32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Windows 11 Pro

Hey, I don't have an AMD GPU, but I did find a lot of posts describing your same issue with the 6800. I'd probably try different GPU drivers (updating to newest or maybe rolling back a few versions). I also saw someone disabled freesync on their monitor.
