If you yourself are getting absorption charges via Maven belt, then SG would make monsters gain absorption charges. Says right on the wiki you linked: "works with any charge" (void charge as an example).

Supreme Grandstanding doesn't give monsters your charges, it gives you the charges that monsters get.

but would not monsters need to have "Maximum Absortion Charges" above zero? They have it above zero?

What do Absorption Charges have to do with monsters? They can't get them.

Things that give charges are still generating Power Charges, though. Consider it in the same light as changing incoming damage, like "Take % physical damage as fire damage". |
