tornado shot of cloudburst secondary projectiles not working correctly at some tile sets

at some tile sets the secondary projectiles dont travel any further than the tornado exsplosion.
tile sets like kaom stronhold kaom dream and the ascent are the tile sets i know of for now.
i have 30% inc projectile speed and the projectiles travels half a screen on tile set that the skill works at.

after further use of the skill it looks like higher parts of tile sets bricks the secondary projectile travel distance. on the low ground of chamber of innocence the projectiles travels as normal but on the high ground they travel shorter
