Replica Malachai's artifice has modifier "Socketed Gems have Secrets of Suffering"
So standart ailments should be altered to sap/brittle/scorch
And we cannot inflict standart ailments anymore.

When i place skitterbots in this ring, they do not apply their standart ailment, but they also do not apply altered ones (such as brittle and sap)

Secrets makes you unable to inflict ignite, chill, freeze, and shock and your critical strikes inflict scorch, brittle, and shock. Skitterbots don't crit.
