I've been playing int stacker for 3 years and made this helm for myself after the Power Siphon - Barrage Support nerf in 3.23. Barrage plays very similar to old Power Siphon and I quite enjoyed that playstyle. This +2 (Legacy) Helm along with Legacy Dying Sun gets you very close to old Power Siphon damage for single target.
