cape/wings for counting kills

I read on the poe forum that there used to be capes such as: ,,The Clockwork back attachment,, and ,,Bloodscouring Cloak,, . After equipping them, they count how many mods we have killed as rampage.
Unfortunately they are no longer available for purchase. Are there any other capes that I don't know about and there will be another one like this in the future? Last bumped on Mar 27, 2024, 3:59:12 PM
