Freezing after messing with Direct 11 and 12/Vulcan and resolution

After messing with my settings while in the middle of playing the game, the game is now really laggy and freezing a lot, to the point that its unplayable

tried uninstalling and reinstalling and other solutions, is there a fix for this? I'm not sure if this is a bug but i didn't have this issue until now
