I cant seem to find the latest Twitch drop (in-game/website)

Hello, here's a summary of the issue, on March 21th i watched the live and claimed the 'Suffering Back Attachment' available via Twitch drops that day, the issue is, that i cant seem to find it on the mtx slots and the microtransaction stash but is nothing, i checked on the Twitch website but the item appears as claimed. Help would be much appreciated.

PD: i double checked if the item says its claimed on twitch.tv/drops/inventory and if the accounts where properly connected on both sides



Quick Update: Sorry for the late response, i dont know how but now the Suffering Back Attachment works completely fine, it is in my account and i can use it, i didn't do anything beside relogin in-game + website but iirc i tried that the day i made the thread. Anyways thanks you very much for the tips and sorry for the late response once again. Bye
