If this happens again in the future, I'd suggest heading back to the link that seaman provided, as accessing this link causes the system to check for any eligible drops to claim: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch If that doesn't help, I'd suggest unlinking your Path of Exile account from Twitch then re-linking the accounts.
