Can't log into character at character selection

As stated above I'm currently unable to log into my character or choose another one I can't make a new as I've got 24 and it's not letting me delete any of them this is on a xbox series s. I cant play as I can't log in any help would be greatly appreciated thank you for you time

Try unplugging any headsets you may have connected. My buddy had the same issue and had to upgrade the firmware on his turtle beach headset for the game to work.
