Can't select character

Character screen unresponsive when I log In to select character I have 71/71 character I tried hard resetting and Problem is still their. Last bumped on Mar 25, 2024, 1:08:43 AM

also updated controller still not working

also tried reinstalling, broke still

I have same problem also on console im on a series s thou have you found any way to select or log in

***FIX***Had to update firmware on my headset and it's plug in device threw my computer
|
|
