Harbinger orb not applying on Blighted map

Tried to use a Harbinger Orb on a Blighted Map, but got an error.
The Harbinger orb reads: "Reforges a map item as another of a higher tier" The Blighted map is named: "Blighted Canyon Map" The error states: "Item is not an Atlas Map." Yet the Harbinger Orb doesn't state that it requires an Atlas Map, just a Map.  Last bumped on Mar 20, 2024, 5:20:25 PM
