Unable to pick up the loot (dropped out of map)

Hi,
Somehow I killed Guardian of the Chimera in the spot where he jumps between phases."
I've killed hundreds of them and it's first time I saw something like this.
I;m unable to pick up the loot with either mouse click or Auto pick up (which does not work at all). Already tried setting inputs to default.
