Orb of Chance Craft for Crafting Bench

I don't know if this has been discussed much on the forums, but I think a craft at the crafting bench that allowed you to chance an item would be a very nice quality of life option.

If you inserted a magic or rare item, you could pay an orb of chance and a scour to effectively scour the item then attempt to chance again. I think a lot more people would use chance orbs to actually chance things if it was such a pain to go back and forth between chances and scours.
