New public stash tab: Services

Suggestion of having a new stash tab for services. It would be a public stash tab that would allow players to select types of service they want to provide:
-carry
-mirror
-craft
-other
-....
Would allow a free text (max 100 characters) or item (would be useful for mirror service) to be placed for each type selected.
Could have a limit of 5 services and would cost 100 points.

In the trade website then could create a new tab (next to bulk) for players to look up for services.

you can use the forum for providing any of these services:

-carry
-mirror
-craft
-other
-....

or trade chat/global depending on if the service is paid or free
