[3.23] Slayer Cyclone claw instant leech need help

Hi, it's been some year since i started to play casualy, and since i try to make my build and make it ok, after many change and update following the game change, my understanding of the game and my ability to generate currency my char this league is this : https://pobb.in/SQohyRYDhMOQ

but after all this time (and yes i should probably have done it sooner) i think i need some help.

( yes i'm aware of the two ancestral totem, but i don't want to use them unless there is a way to automate their summon without stopping cyclone)
( yes i know berserk but it consume rage way too fast )
(yes i use Vaal Cyclone, i like it for many content and as an emercy to pull everything to me to sustain when my life start to drop too fast)

So tell me what you think of it and if you have idea, i'm listening.
