Singular Focus not being applied to maps (ps5)

I have singular focus selected and 12 favorited dune maps. I drop random t16 maps. This occurs each map after 50 maps of testing. This is happens for individual map drops not conversion map loot. It does seem it has a higher chance to be dunes per favorited map system but the other maps still drop
