Loot filter won't load

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 to 4 times, unfollowed and refollowed every loot filters I could find, and nothing has worked. I'm on the PS5- any help would be appreciated.

Also the microtransaction shop doesn't load for me any longer. I keep getting the "Failed to load the shop. Try again in a few minutes."

sadly mine are all broken as well
