looking for a guild to join

Hello I'm new to POE and was looking for a new guild so far i really enjoy the game i have a necro lvl 76 and i have a ranger i just started. I'm not the best when it comes to making a toon so any advice would be awesome I'm a causal player don't do to much hardcore more less i just want to do the seasons and of course get that sweet lot.
