Item prices change to different format and aren't recognized anymore

How to reproduce:
- choose a public tab, edit title, set price for all items to 1.5c and confirm
- take same tab, edit title, the previously "1.5" has been changed to "1,50".
- when you confirm this, the number is not recognized as such and removed from the title, leaving "~prive divine".
