3.23.0c Hotfix 1

Fixed a bug where the Howl of the Wolf Passive Skill on the Primalist caused Lifeforce to drop an additional time from Harvest encounters in the Viridian Wildwood.

Changes will apply in areas created after this hotfix was deployed.
