POE trying to access nonexitant file paths

looking at the files the game accesses while loading a new zone with process monitor shows that POE is trying to access C:\Games\POE\Path of Exile\Metadata\ and C:\Games\POE\Path of Exile\Art\ which don't exist and wasting time doing so, it probably shouldn't do that.
