Vaal Cold Snap text not being displayed correctly

I recently traded for a Vaal Cold Snap(level 21, 20% quality) and when I hover my mouse over the gem the top portion of the text is cut-off. This happens in both in the trading menu, and while the gem is in my inventory. I'll include a screenshot.

Yep, same experience here. I can't tell what level the gem is because that information is cut off from the top of the screen.

Can the devs either shrink the font size so all the information is visible on the screen, or widen the field size for the gem detail for the same outcome? Not being able to see the full detail is definitely a problem and the fix shouldn't really be that difficult.
