Inscribed Ultimatum with at least 8 modifiers is bugged for me

I completed an Inscribed Ultimatum with 9 modifiers, Area level 83 and I didn't got the achivement for it. It was bugged yesterday too, this time I recorded it.

The same issue is happening for me. Just completed an 8 mod ultimatum but have not received an achievement :/
