Weapon dispared

Logged off yesterday with a brand new Despot axe I'd bought - I put my gems in its sockets.

This morning I wake up and the item has gone - no gems.

It isn't in stash, craftingbench or weapon swap - its gone.

If this isn't rectified im done wioth this game, was really enjoying it buit i'm not having hours of my time wasted like this.
