poe, keep frezze me for 1sec (laptop)

Hello,

i trying to make Summon Raging Spirit Necromancer. but then i move around i keep frezze for like 1sec

i also have another char boneshatter there will no frezze happen to me.

then think its a witch problem, but not sure.

As i have update all my driver on my PC windows 11
