Gems Disappeared

Hello,

Recently, the past few days, my gem tab has been 'disappearing'. My gems wouldn't show in the tab that was designated for gems. I've restarted my game several times as well as my pc to see if that would fix the issue. I've also sorted the items by level and such to see if that would fix and I was unable to find a solution. I've recently been storing gems to see if I could make the tab to reappear but I would see nothing. I made a new character and started storing more gems and those are the only ones I see now. Is there anyway to get back all the gems I had previously?
