High server latency when playing with Geforce NOW

Not sure if this is a Singapore specific issue, but when playing PoE on Singapore realm using Geforce NOW's Singapore provider (StarHub), I'm getting random instances where the ping is 150ms to 230ms, when it should be less than 10ms. This occurs very unpredictably, some instances will be fine but others are high. Example below. This didn't happen during league launch, on the first 2 days of the league the ping was fine.

I've checked with some friends playing on their own PCs on Singapore realm and they were fine, only Geforce NOW is affected. I'd also reported this on their platform, but just wanted to check here for good measure
