GPU Issues from patch recently

Today my gpu's fan starts going through the roof. Also, apparently there was an update too so not quite sure how to take it. I played fine since the start of the league with lag here and there but I've never seen this before.

Checked on Task Manager and it's around 95%+ performance with it taking around 6,940 MB of memory... That's not normal right? I'm just idling in hideout. Quit the game and everything went back to normal with around 10% usage. Logged in to PoE and it's immediately in the 95% range like I said above. Went to hideout within a few seconds of logging in and it's still the same...

Also, I tried playing with other games and it doesn't go that high... LoL didn't even reach 30%-40% of GPU usage while playing a match.

I didn't change any settings or such since several leagues ago. It's the same as it's always been.

Specs: Ryzen 7 5800x, 3060Ti, 32gb Ram.
