Blighted Core Map unable to be created

Not a single Blighted Core Map in all of softcore and hardcore Affliction league.
Something is happening to not make it spawn. I'm not using any wonky keystones and not being able to find a single one on trade should mean something. Last bumped on Dec 23, 2023, 3:50:07 PM

Bump.
Can replicate easily. I did tons of tier 2 core maps with blight craft on map device with zero blighted core maps. Same with the tier 13 version with 3 watchstones in with dozens of maps and zero blighted core maps. | |
