Steelskin Skillbar Description Bug

Steelskin's skill description says
"70% of damage from hits is taken from the buff before Life or Energy Shield"
but when activated, it changes to:
"140% of damage from hits is taken from the buff before Life or Energy Shield"
which isn't reflected in gameplay so I assume it's a bug.
