Armor set Blood Guardian - fully black

playing a Scion, don't know if it matters, but i equipped blood guardian cosmetic set, but its all black, except her right leg and shoulder?

i tried to remove all items and nothing changed
removed every single cosmetic and replaced, nothing changed.

its not Shaper's Seed neck i have on, it changes nothing on or off.

Please look into it :)
