[Ruthless] Ring Recipe does not work for T3 Cold damage 2H

There is a ring recipe in Ruthless where you trade a magic ring, an augmentation orb and any weapon with flat elemental damage to a vendor. You receive a magic ring with the respective resistance.

The only flat ele damage mod that I encountered so far, where this does not work, is the T3 Cold Damage to Attacks modifier on Two-Handed Weapons.

On One-Handed weapon the recipe with a T3 Cold Damage mod works just fine. And any other flat ele mod on 2H weapons also works just fine.
