Every few loading screens, I'm facing with infinite load screens. I'm not the only one person suffering from this problem. Too many people are complaining or had quit the game because of this long loading screens. This is not normal nor playable. Sadly I had to quit league early because I couldn't solve it.
If my loading screen has stuck, the gears of loading screen is still spinning but after 10 minutes they are still spinning. At the same time my cpu, gpu and hard drive are going nearly idle status. Only way to end infinite loading screen is "alt+f4".
In succesfull loading screens my load time usually between 1-3 seconds maximum.

I played in 3.22 season for first two months. I didn't face this problem even a single time in those two months.
I can understand when will my loading screen stuck, because in fluent loading processes my cpu always starting to make noise like it is a cpu intense process for like 2-3 seconds. But if it will stuck, my cpu fans aren't starting to spin like there isn't any process to reach my cpu.
And in game log; if loading screen will stuck, there isn't any entry after usual a few lines that shows I'm attempting to change area. Like there is a bugged code that prevent next program lines for whatever reason.
Those are what I tried so far:
- Clean install windows 11, windows 10, ubuntu,
- Steam, Standalone client, linux steam,
- Changing gateway server (frankfurt, london, amsterdam, paris, washington)
- Using another internet provider,
- Using cable connection, wifi,
- Updating all drivers including bios,
- Disabling re-size bar support in bios,
- Changing resolution,
- Disabling multithreading, dynamic resolution, enabling them again,
- Using dx11, dx12, vulkan,
- Setting fps cap at 60,
- Cleaning shader cache,
- Adding "-64bit" or "--waitforpreload" to steam launch options.
Temporary solution:
Even adding button at loading screens that shows up after some time (maybe 5 seconds?) for the purpose of "restart loading process" would help immensely for all sufferers.
