Chaos Golem of Maelstrom does not move

The golem most of the time just stops moving after you convocate him and even if you dont convocate he just stops moving sometimes just outside of his area of effect aura degen. tested with aggressive and not but the behaviour is the same. please fix
UPDATE: he does not even attack or use any other skill besides his aura which would make the quality on the gem itself useless. 2nd UPDATE: Looks to me like convocation cancels the animation of the activation of the aura and thats what makes the golem act up.
