Patch Notes - 3.23.0 Hotfix 2 - Forum

3.23.0 Hotfix 2 Fixed a bug where Player Minions could be affected by Wisps dispersed into the environment. Fixed a bug where Poisonous Concoction was not hitting enemies. Fixed two instance crashes.
