Can't open the blocked pass to the Prisoners Gate

So I goto the Western Forest in Merciless to open the Prisoner's Gate but the thing on the wall isnt there so there isnt anything to click. What do?

This area has a miniboss now. Kill him and you'll be able to open the passage.
