Ya its a nice pair of gloves with the chaos res and the temple mod but 20 div is way overkill for what is essentially the temple mod.

Id take 20 div as well.

A good way to help yourself in the future is to search with all the other mods but the rare one (the temple shock mod in this case) and see what they cost.

In this case a crafted life, triple res gloves with chaos res cost about 2 divine. Is 58% crit chance worth 18 divine to you? Probably not. But if you are worried about low balling yourself just start high and lower every day or every few hours.
