high ping when inside of Forbidden Sanctum run

I get 300+ms when running forbidden sanctum and it drops back to normal (80ms) when i leave forbidden sanctum and when i enter forbidden sanctum run again it jumps to 300 ms. i am playing shockwave totem hierophant. It is like this for like 2 days. I am using DirectX12

I have recently experienced this where I'm getting 155+ spikes, but drops back down to 20-30 consistent once I leave. Stays low for a while, but occurs again every now and then where I have to leave and reset.
