Stuttering Bug report

I'm playing a new character in the current season and every minute or so, the game will slow down for a second. I've died a few times because of it. Was not able to detect any pattern to the stutters. The only sign on the perf graph is a spike in latency, all other lines are pretty much the same through it.


Computer specs: CPU i7-11700, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (latest drivers), Win 11
Game Settings: Dx12, Tripple Buffering, Multithreading on - I have changed all the settings and nothing made a difference. I also checked the files and cleared the shader cache - nothing.
