Doesn't seem to affect Barrage Supports.
I'm guessing the item was only meant to affect active skill gems, not supports, so this is technically working as intended. But the wording is still very misleading. I guess "+3 to Level of all Barrage Skill Gems" would be an improvement. Last bumped on Sep 12, 2023, 7:22:59 PM

Barrage Support is not a Barrage gem. Barrage is the name of the gem.
