MIcrotransaction not propagating to offhand

This issue seems to be exclusive to the Starfall weapon effect. I'm using a one handed sword, combined with the Emberkeep Weapon skin.
I'm in town, soon after login in on a fresh install and with a new character. The system specs are as follows: Ryzen 7 5700X 16Gb DDR4 RAM Windows 11 64Bits SSD NVMe Adata legend 850 Lite 500GB GPU GeForce RTX 2060 Fresh windows installation the "propagate to off-hand weapon" toggle does not show exclusively on this MTX, as far as i could test. Effects from the shop don't propagate. Only those from supporter packs and challenges do. The apparent logic is that you can buy another copy of a shop effect, but you'd have to buy a whole another pack for a second copy of a pack effect.
