Names in trade whispers do not match names in party invite/party member icon

When you whisper for trade, name displayed in trade message isn't always the same as one in party invite/trade pop-up window or on portrait of party member.

Usually happens with names with non-english letters.

This makes trading sometimes confusing, when you get invited in party with multiple people or you have to handle whispers from multiple people as you do not know who is who.

Please make names consistent.
